1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Resellabs (resellabs.com), purchasing any digital product, or subscribing to any service offered by Resellabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its products.

Resellabs is operated by Resellabs, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold through Resellabs are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases where:

• The file was corrupted or undeliverable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error

To request an exception, contact us at support@resellabs.com within 7 days of purchase.

3. Accuracy of Fee & Platform Data

Resellabs provides platform fee information, profit calculators, and related tools for informational and educational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep fee data current and accurate:

• Platform fees change without notice — always verify current rates directly on each platform
• Resellabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any fee data
• Any financial decisions made based on Resellabs content are made at your own risk
• Resellabs is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on our fee data or calculators

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Resellabs — including but not limited to digital products, text, graphics, design, code, and tools — is the intellectual property of Resellabs and is protected by applicable copyright law.

• Digital products are licensed for personal use only
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is strictly prohibited
• You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from Resellabs content without written permission

5. Third-Party Platforms — No Affiliation

Resellabs references third-party platforms (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, Vinted, Vestiaire Collective) solely for informational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resellabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue from reselling activities
• Losses resulting from reliance on fee data or calculator outputs
• Data loss or technical issues with downloaded files
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of Resellabs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Email Subscription

By signing up for Resellabs email alerts or newsletters, you consent to receive periodic emails about platform fee changes, product updates, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by visiting our unsubscribe page.

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage email communications. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Resellabs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
